Our investment in Juno

Juno reimagines how enterprise companies manage guest travel and expenses.

We are thrilled to announce that Matchstick Ventures Fund IV has completed an investment in Juno, a platform reimagining how enterprise companies manage guest travel and expenses.

Guest travel, where companies pay for non-employees to travel for situations like interviews, guest speakers at conferences, and hosting vendors on-site, is a crucial yet often overlooked category in corporate travel management. Since these travelers are not employees, their travel has long been handled with cobbled-together spreadsheets, emails, and fragmented workflows. This manual process frustrates coordinators, confuses guests, and leaves finance teams in the dark. With guest travel accounting for 10–20% of travel spend in most enterprises—and even more in industries like healthcare and energy—the opportunity for transformation is massive.

Juno delivers an all-in-one, guided experience to orchestrate guest travel and expense with clarity and ease. The platform combines seamless booking tools, corporate controls, and real-time visibility into spend, eliminating the need for manual coordination and internal bottlenecks. Juno’s model creates defensibility through integrations with travel management companies (TMCs), and the team has already secured a marquee customer in Tesla and a strategic reseller partnership with World Travel. By elevating the guest experience while empowering travel managers and finance teams, Juno is defining a new category in enterprise travel.

Juno was founded by Devon Tivona, Sam Felsenthal, and Kate Porter—veterans of the travel tech space and co-creators of Pana, which was acquired and deeply informed the insights behind Juno’s new direction. We were investors in Pana and were extremely impressed by the team's performance. With a successful exit already under their belt, a deep understanding of the industry, and a long-standing relationship with this team, it was easy to back them again.
